Rail 74 Community Rail Partnership would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the organisations whose funding, practical support and belief in our work allow us to make a real difference across the communities along our railway line.

- Make rail travel more accessible through our Inclusivity Matters programme.
- Help neurodivergent children and families travel with greater confidence using sensory travel bags.
- Bring local people together through Nature at Newton.
- Create Rail 74 Travel Passports and accessible Stop-by-Stop information.
- Develop new artwork celebrating Rutherglen’s people, history and 900th anniversary.
- Begin our Safe Journeys project, supporting trauma-informed and compassionate rail travel.
- Deliver educational journeys, community events and opportunities for people to connect with their local railway.
Funding is about much more than paying for materials or activities. It gives us the opportunity to listen to communities, test new ideas, remove barriers and create projects that improve confidence, inclusion, wellbeing and pride in place.
Every journey supported, every child travelling by train for the first time, every family feeling more confident and every community space improved is made possible through partnership.
