Rail 74

Rail 74 covers six stations between Rutherglen and Hamilton Central. The CRP uses rail to help raise attainment and aspirations among communities along the line, seeking to alleviate poverty and social deprivation. Recent projects have included working with local businesses and social enterprises to develop station artwork and a focus on improving mental health.

Our mission is to bring people together within South Lanarkshire. Supporting our community, our environment and our economy in partnership with Scotrail. In doing so, Rail 74 is involved in a number of projects to modify the stations between Hamilton Central to Rutherglen to achieve our objectives
