Hope in Hamilton update

Network Rail’s landlord consent may not be correct, as despite what was previously stated, the supporting wall may not be strong enough.JW is connecting with James Ledgerwood of Scotrail to apply pressure to enable progress as its over 18 months since the work was finished. The previously agreed means of getting the work on site is under question.

Various

  • Eugenie- Grow 73- Burgh primary school are happy to get involved. In 2026 it is Rutherglen’s 900th anniversary. A committee has been convened about how to celebrate it and Rail 74 should be involved in some way.
